We hope you will always be completely satisfied with your order, however if you are not, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number which must be included on or in your return package.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

PREVIEW WEAR CARE
All Preview pieces arrive at your door ready to wear, including additional elastics. Because of expected wear, elastics may stretch and eventually wear out so each piece comes with three interchangeable elastics but feel free to order more crimped elastics from us.
Each Preview Wear piece is made of solid brass and plated in either gold, rose gold or white rhodium. To keep it at its shiniest, wipe down with a clean dry cloth after each wear.
All orders are processed and shipped pending both item availability and credit card verification. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding US Holidays) and are fulfilled within 48 hours of purchase.
Preview Wear utilizes USPS for all U.S. Shipping. USPS offers ground service, through which customers receive their orders 3-8 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch. Should you need your item quicker, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org after placing your order, and we will do our best to send your shipment via 2nd Day or Next Day shipping, additional charges will apply.
Standard Ground service is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We cannot accept military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes for delivery.
Please confirm billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
We are in the process of setting up international shipping and have set up shipping to a small number of countries in the meantime. If you do not find your country available at check out, please email us at email@example.com.
You will receive an email confirmation after an order has been placed. Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive an email containing the tracking information for your package.

Prices listed on our website are shown exclusive of applicable taxes. Sales tax will only be applied to orders shipped within the state of New York. Please note that the actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax in the event of law change.
We never store your credit card information. All orders are processed and secured via Stripe (PCI Level 1 Service Provider). Credit cards numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256.
Your privacy is our foremost concern. We will never sell, trade, rent or share your personal information or email address to anyone.
We make every attempt to properly represent accurate inventory for all items, however, merchandise availability on our website is not guaranteed. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via e-mail or phone. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once your items have shipped.
